The 14th International Conference on Management Science and Engineering Management (2020 ICMSEM) was originally scheduled to be held in Moldova from July 30 to August 2, 2020 It is the annual conference organized and supported by the International Society of Management Science and Engineering Management (ISMSEM), Sichuan University, Moldova Research and Development Association and Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova. The safety and well-being of all conference participants is our top priority, and our thoughts are with all those affected by the COVID-19 outbreak. After studying and evaluating the announcements and news released by relevant national departments, along with guidance from the ISMSEM leadership, 2020 ICMSEM will continue as scheduled from July 31 to August 1, 2020, by being converted to the virtual (online) conference, and will not take place physically in Moldova. , the conference will be held online from July 31 to August 2,2020. The specific schedule will be notified separately. The publication and retrieval of the proceedings can still will follow the normal procedures without the impact of the epidemic (and not be affected by the conference format). 

Author Presentations: Authors of all 2020 ICMSEM accepted papers are required to present their work through the online platform. Please prepare your slide for the presentation, the specific schedule for the Opening ceremony, keynote speeches, Parallel sessions etc. will be announced soon.The specific schedule will be notified separately.
