I am very glad to present my appreciation for your participation in the Eighteenth International Conference on Management Science and Engineering Management (ICMSEM 2024) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The International Conference on Management Science and Engineering Management is well-known in the world and the Eighteenth Conference organized by International Society of Management Science and Engineering Management together with Sichuan University and Universiti Malaya, Malaysia, aims at fostering international research collaborations in Management Science and Engineering Management.

The conference provides a good chance for all participants to discuss and to exchange their research ideas during its well organized post-conference tours. Although the research ideas will be presented in technical sessions and round table discussions during the conference period, the sightseeing will provide extra occasions for the participants to have an in-depth discussion in a relaxed environment.

I am very grateful for the help and support from the institutions as well as the hard work from many individuals who have contributed greatly to this conference. Please let me extend my gratitude to them. I hope all the participants will enjoy attending all technical sessions of the conference, meeting friends and colleagues as well as joining its wonderful post-conference tours.

The International Conference of Management Science and Engineering Management

The International Conference on Management Science and Engineering Management (ICMSEM), an annual conference organized by the International Society of Management Science and Engineering Management (ISMSEM), is to foster international research collaborations in Management Science and Engineering Management as well as to provide a forum for presenting current research work in the forms of technical sessions, round table discussions during the conference period in a relaxing enjoyable atmosphere.

Since 2007, the International Society of Management Science and Engineering Management (ISMSEM) has organized eighteen International Conference of Management Science and Engineering Management (ICMSEM). Last three conferences took place in Ankara, Turkey(2022 ICMSEM),Cape Town, South Africa(2023 ICMSEM),Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia(2024 ICMSEM). Leading scientists in many research areas came from all over the world to participate in ICMSEM. According to our agreement with Springer, the accepted papers of each conference have been gathered in proceedings and published on Springer. ICMSEM aims to bring together researchers, scientists, engineers, and scholars to exchange and share their experiences, new ideas, and research results about all aspects of management science and engineering management, and to discuss the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted.
