Welcome to the 19th International Conference on Management Science and Engineering Management (ICMSEM 2025), which will be held at the University of Lille, France from July 23 to 26, 2025. This conference is organized by the International Society of Management Science and Engineering Management (ISMSEM) and co-organized by the University of Lille. It is committed to building an efficient communication platform for academics, researchers, and practitioners in the field of Management Science and Engineering Management (MSEM), aiming to expand knowledge, deepen research, and drive technological innovation in this field.

Since 2007, the ICMSEM has been successfully held 18 times in various locations across Asia, Europe, the Americas, and Oceania. It has had a wide - ranging impact globally and has significantly promoted the academic development of the MSEM field. Each session of the conference has gathered the wisdom of experts in this field from around the world, and this year's conference is no exception. During the conference, experts from different fields will deliver wonderful keynote speeches, sharing cutting - edge perspectives. Meanwhile, a variety of parallel sessions have been arranged to provide opportunities for in - depth communication. Many scholars from renowned universities around the world will gather together to have heated discussions around the conference theme and jointly explore new directions in the MSEM field.

The ICMSEM has always been committed to promoting international cooperation and interdisciplinary communication. It endeavors to broaden scholars' global perspectives, enhance high - level talents' understanding of MSEM, attract outstanding scholars from around the world, and create more opportunities for international exchanges.

Here, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the valuable contributions of our partner institutions and the efforts of countless staff members who have worked hard to make this conference a success. It is the concerted efforts of all parties that have made this international academic exchange platform possible. I hope that all participants can actively communicate and have in - depth discussions during this conference, gain valuable insights, consolidate and expand professional connections. I believe that the intellectual collisions of this conference will bring new inspiration to everyone's academic research and practical work.

With the continuous advancement of MSEM research, new development trends are emerging constantly. In the future, we will pay more attention to the application of artificial intelligence in the MSEM field and explore more innovative development paths. The ICMSEM will also continue to move forward and contribute to the development of the global MSEM field. I look forward to everyone having a fruitful experience at the conference, and I also look forward to witnessing more breakthroughs in the MSEM field in the future.

The International Conference on Management Science and Engineering Management (ICMSEM), an annual conference organized by the International Society of Management Science and Engineering Management (ISMSEM), is to foster international research collaborations in Management Science and Engineering Management as well as to provide a forum for presenting current research work in the forms of technical sessions, round table discussions during the conference period in a relaxing enjoyable atmosphere.

 

Since 2007, the ISMSEM has organized seventeen times of the International Conference of Management Science and Engineering Management. Last three conferences took place in Ankara, Turkey (2022), Cape Town, South Africa (2023) and Kuala Lumpur, Malaya (2024). Leading scientists in many research areas came from all over the world to participate in ICMSEM. According to our agreement with Springer, the accepted papers of each conference have been gathered in proceedings and published on Springer. The 19th International Conference on Management Science and Engineering Management (2025 ICMSEM) will be held both in person and online between July 23-July 26, 2025 by ISMSEM, and University of Lille. The accepted papers will also be published on Springer.

 

2025 ICMSEM aims to gather scholars, researchers and engineers from all walks of life to share their research direction, research results and new ideas on relevant topics in the field of management science and engineering, and to put forward constructive suggestions on the future development of this field.
